First home or 10th home, we will do our upmost to make this an exciting and pleasurable experience and for this home to give you a wonderful home life for years to come.
We carefully choose our plot locations, we look for a plot that will create a bespoke, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing surrounding for you and yours to enjoy for many years to come. We are not your run of the mill, squeeze as many postage stamp sized houses on a site kind of developer!
We build each and every one of our homes with the same care and pride using our team of highly skilled tradesmen and using only the best tried and tested materials to give you your dream home!

Making Your Home Your Own…
With every build we provide a high standard of finishes that work to deliver a finish that we know our buyers will fall in love with.
That’s said we do understand and embrace individual taste and needs that you may have and where possible we will help you to add that individuality to your new home.
Once you have reserved your new home we can begin to discuss bespoke addition. We will advise you of the areas within your new home where it is possible to make individual changes, upgrades, and additions to suit your vision and expectations.
Site Visits
We understand that this is a very exciting path you are taking to building your brand new home. From time to time we will invite you to site to give you the opportunity to see progression and make choices of possible finishes. Your safety is paramount to us and all site visits must be by appointment and all health and safety requirements will be adhered to.
All Settled In
Once you have moved into your new home, you will have a further 14 days to inform us of any issues not originally seen, also known as ‘snags’.
You will be find your new Homeowners Pack when moving in which will include: warranty documents, user guides, and useful contact numbers.
You will be given a contact email for our customer relations team who will aim to answer any queries within 5 days and also arrange any necessary appointments to rectify any issues.
